🩺 Description:
An exceptional locum opportunity for an experienced Plastic Surgeon to provide trauma, reconstructive, and consultative care in a supported surgical setting. Perfect for a surgeon seeking structured scheduling, meaningful clinical impact, and excellent compensation.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide trauma & soft-tissue call coverage
• ER & inpatient consults
• In-office procedures and evaluations
• 2–4 OR/procedure days weekly
• Reconstructive collaboration with breast surgeons
• Optional academic/teaching involvement
Qualifications
• Board Certified — Required
• Active IA License or IMLC — Required
• Clean malpractice history — Required
• Proven surgical experience — Required
• Availability for either:
o 7 on / 7 off
o OR 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• 36 clinical hours weekly
• M–F clinic (7:30a–4:30p)
• On-call duties included
Skills
• Strong surgical judgement
• Emergency and trauma management
• High-touch patient communication
• Ability to operate independently with hospital support
