ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Plastic Surgeon to provide clinical, procedural, and call coverage. The role includes trauma call, reconstructive collaboration, ER consults, and in-office procedures, with immediate need for a call-focused schedule. This position offers a mix of surgical, cosmetic, and inpatient work with strong clinical support and teaching opportunities.

Schedule / Dates

• Status: Full-time

• Patient Contact Hours: 36 hours/week

• Clinic Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

• Shifts: M–F with call rotation

• Procedure/OR Days: 2–4 per week

• On Call:

  • Soft tissue call + clinic/EMTALA call

  • Schedule Options (ASAP):

    • 7 on / 7 off or

    • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

  • Call-only to start; clinic/OR duties to be reviewed later

Job Details & Responsibilities

• Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes

• Outreach / Telehealth: None

• Team Structure:

  • Physicians: 1

  • APPs: 1 (no supervision required)

  • Nursing: 1:1 support

  • Ancillary Staff: 0.5:1 per provider

• Clinical Environment:

  • Daily Clinic Volume: 16+ patients/day

  • Appointment Durations: 15–30 minutes

  • Patient Demographics: All ages; surgical & cosmetic

  • EMR: Epic

  • Teaching opportunities available

• Core Responsibilities:

  • Trauma call & ER consults

  • In-office consultations and procedures

  • Reconstructive surgery collaboration (including with breast surgeons)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Board Certified (Plastic Surgery) – Required

• Active IA License or Active IMLC (LOQ required at submission) – Required

• Experienced plastic surgeon – Required

• Clean malpractice record / no background issues – Required

• Availability for 7-on/7-off or 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off schedule ASAP – Required
