Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with experience in both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving, reputable practice with strong marketing support, a dedicated surgical team, and a loyal patient base.

Job Responsibilities
Breast augmentation, lifts, and reductions
Brazilian butt lift
Liposuction and body contouring
Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)
Facial surgeries (facelift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, etc.)
Conduct detailed patient consultations to evaluate goals and recommend individualized treatment plans
Ensure proper pre-operative assessments and post-operative care for optimal safety and satisfaction
Document patient interactions, procedures, and outcomes in accordance with clinical and legal standards
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experience
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, safety, and patient care in every procedure
Qualifications
Unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date)
Completion of an accredited plastic surgery residency program
DEA license and current ACLS/BLS certification preferred

Strong aesthetic judgment and eye for symmetry and proportion
Excellent patient communication and consultation skills
Ability to develop customized treatment plans based on individual goals and anatomy
Proficiency in managing pre- and post-operative care and identifying complications early
Confidence and composure in the operating room and during follow-up care
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational habits
Team player with the ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative teams
Business-minded with a focus on patient satisfaction, retention, and reputation
