Position Highlights

• 100% Aesthetic Practice: Focus exclusively on cosmetic procedures in a self pay model with no insurance billing.
• Partnership Track: Build toward equity ownership and long term partnership within the practice.
• Established Patient Demand: Access an established referral network and immediate demand for cosmetic services.
• Aesthetic Case Mix: Perform breast augmentation, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, liposuction, gynecomastia, and facial rejuvenation procedures.
• Practice Flexibility: Develop your preferred aesthetic practice and case mix.
• Surgical Suite: Practice in an onsite AAAASF certified surgical suite with two recovery bays.
• No Hospital Call: No hospital, trauma, or emergency department call responsibilities.
• Medical Spa Support: An integrated medical spa provides an additional referral source for cosmetic procedures.
• Clinical Team: Work with physician assistants, registered nurses, and surgical assistants.
• Practice Support: Access in house marketing support and a streamlined EMR system.

Candidate Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Fellowship training and/or demonstrated expertise in aesthetic breast and body procedures
• Interest in building a long term cosmetic surgery practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Guaranteed base salary for the first two years or percentage of collections, whichever is greater.
• Collections Model: 35% in Years 1 and 2, 40% in Years 3 through 5, and 45% beginning in Year 6.
• Partnership: Equity ownership with partner earning potential exceeding $1 million annually.
