At New Radiance Cosmetic Center, we are looking for an experienced plastic surgeon who shares our values and passion for aesthetic excellence to join our busy Palm Beach Gardens practice. Whether you are interested in adding to your private practice or stepping into a streamlined, high-volume role, this opportunity lets you focus entirely on what you do best—transforming lives through body and facial procedures—while we take care of the business and management side for you. You will be supported by a dedicated team and a steady flow of ready-to-book patients, giving you the chance to thrive in a role where your full attention is on delivering outstanding surgical care.
Highlights:
- Generous Commission Structure (fully cashed based)
- 1099 structure with flexible part-time or full-time commitment

- Full support staff and back-office administration
- State of the art equipment including (but not limited to): MicroAire PAL (Power-Assisted Liposuction) system, body contouring platforms (e.g., RF or ultrasound-based), In-office surgical suites and recovery areas, full pre-op and post-op patient management tools

Job Responsibilities
• Smart Liposuction and High-Definition Body Contouring
• Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and Fat Transfer
• Mini Tummy Tuck / Mini Abdominoplasty
• Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift)
• Facelifts (Mini and Full)
• Arm Lifts and Leg Lifts
Qualifications
• Skilled in aesthetic body contouring and facial procedures
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida
