About the Opportunity
A well-established surgical practice in Danbury, CT is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a busy practice in a community with strong demand for both cosmetic and reconstructive services.
Position Highlights
✅ Diverse practice mix including:

Cosmetic surgery (facial, breast, body contouring)

Reconstructive surgery (post-oncologic, trauma, wound care, hand surgery, etc.)

Non-surgical aesthetics (injectables, lasers, skincare) if desired
✅ Immediate patient volume from established referral base
✅ Modern surgical facilities and in-office procedure rooms
✅ Experienced clinical and administrative support staff

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients requiring cosmetic and reconstructive surgical care

Perform a full spectrum of plastic surgery procedures

Provide non-surgical aesthetic services if desired

Maintain thorough and accurate medical records

Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Participate in practice development and community outreach
Qualifications
-
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
-
Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
-
Connecticut medical license or eligibility
-
Excellent surgical skills and patient communication

Interest in practice growth and high-quality patient care
