Connecticut Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Opportunity!!
Located on beautiful Long Island Sound, midway between New York and Boston, this is a coastal Connecticut town enhanced by frontage along the river.
*Thriving private practice, modern office
*Strong focus on breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery
*Must perform breast reconstruction
*facial aesthetic surgery and breast and body aesthetic surgery is a plus. Per client, "we are primarily looking for someone that can perform breast reconstruction (i.e. tissue expander and implant reconstruction; practice also performs DIEP flaps, but this is not a criteria), and if they are able to perform facial aesthetic surgery and breast and body aesthetic surgery, that would be bonus
*Client is looking for a part-timer to supplement the expanding practice
*At least 2 days per week in the OR and office combined with opportunity for growth
*Practice has an excellent referral base and history, and new referral bases are already being added
*Walk into a built-in patient base and be busy from day one! Client will help grow your practice
On the days you are away, the practice will follow up patients for you, as necessary
Client goes to up to 4-5 different hospitals/facilities, but your main focus would be 2-3 local hospitals/facilities that you service
Client will schedule office and OR on your behalf to maintain referrals
Practice employs two full-time plastic surgical PAs
Client will cover your practice overhead and in return will assume a 50% share of receivables on a per-case basis (less the variable fees)
