Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate surgical proficiency and precision in a state-of-the-art office-based surgery facility with three fully equipped Operating Rooms (ORs).
- Ensure compliance with medical and ethical standards, maintaining the highest levels of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our dedicated team to develop and execute personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their unique goals and expectations.
- Obtain and maintain a valid medical license in Florida, or actively work towards obtaining one, to meet regulatory requirements.
- Secure hospital privileges, with assistance provided by the practice if needed.
- Embrace and contribute to the practice's commitment to excellence and innovation in the field of aesthetic and plastic surgery.
- Actively participate in marketing efforts, including being comfortable in front of the camera, to showcase exceptional surgical results and contribute to the practice's visibility.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in cosmetic and plastic surgery techniques.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in performing a broad range of cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures, particularly in body enhancements such as abdominoplasty, breast surgeries, body contouring, and fat transfer.
- Valid medical license in the state of Florida or actively working towards obtaining one.
- Hospital privileges or a willingness to obtain them, with assistance provided by the practice if necessary.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional surgical results and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for being in the public eye, with a willingness to participate in marketing efforts and showcase surgical expertise through various channels.
