Colorado Eye Consultants seeks an experienced facial plastic surgeon to lead their new service line for ocular and facial procedures. Our highly successful, private physician-owned group of ophthalmologists has been providing comprehensive eye care in the Rocky Mountain region since 1982.

The ideal candidate will benefit from a significant base of in-house patients eager for ocular and facial plastic surgeries, allowing them to tailor their practice to their unique expertise. This exciting venture is supported by referrals from 7 in house eye care specialists, as well as a wide range of other medical specialists from both the local community and surrounding areas.

We offer a salary guarantee with incentives during the initial ramp-up period, along with ownership potential in the practice and/or surgery center after two years. Flexible hours and practice autonomy are emphasized to maintain work-life balance.

Benefit Highlights:
  • Practice covers cell phone, society dues, hospital/ASC dues, medical and DEA license fees, and journal subscriptions.
  • Up to $3,000 per year allocated for Continuing Medical Education (CME) expenses.
  • Year One offers 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week for CME.
  • Year Two and beyond provides 4 weeks of vacation and 1 week for CME.
  • 401K benefits include a match of up to 5%.
