We are seeking a Permanent Physician in Michigan.
Permanent Physician – Surgery (Neuroendovascular)
Position Type: Permanent

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, and Procedural
Responsibilities: Neurosurgical care including inpatient, outpatient, and procedural responsibilities
Required Procedures: Neurosurgical procedures (cranial and spinal); neuroendovascular preferred
EMR System:
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary neuroscience team
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: Call coverage expected; weekend call as required
Submission Requirements:
- MD or DO degree – Required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (0–5 years of residency) in Neurological Surgery – Required
- Active Michigan License (or in process) – Required
- DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
