Spine - ORS Spine or Neurosurgery. Two offices about 30 miin apart. Prefer to be home based at one, and maybe one day a week at other. 18 surgeons across thse markets - shipping 350K in spine to other groups. That’s probably understated - added 5 over last year - that was when we had 12 surgeons, now 18 in that market.
Lot of volume there, those markets - new 19K sq ft facility opened Oct 2019, 24 exam rooms.
Partnership, 2 yrs, greater of base or eat what kill model which is greater plus half partner share of ancillaries. Partner eat what kill model plus full share of ancillaries - 200K + invest in mgt company - profit - and invest in ASC.
Group is also in the latter stages of acquiring interventional pain doc.
Base salary to start and a percentage of the ancillaries (1/2 share), then when profitable can convert to percentage of collections plus full share of ancillaries. Base is negotiable - ancillaries is pool of 40 docs contribting and 100K is pretty dependable. All in comp - partner - depending on where shake out volume wise - high 600s to 1M before taking into account ASC distributions or management company investment.
NO GENERAL CALL. One other spine surgeon in the area who is totally full. Definitely a large need for someone to get ramped up quickly.
