Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour beeper call coverage for neurosurgical emergencies and inpatient consults.
  
• Manage trauma and acute neurosurgical cases, including head and spine injuries.
  
• Perform spinal surgeries with and without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar).
  
• Place and manage VP shunts and intracranial pressure (ICP) monitors.
  
• Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive neurosurgical care.
