• Procedures: Providers will see complex spine cases
• Patient Population/Case Load: 5 patients per shift
• Case Mix: Inpatient, Outpatient
• Certifications: Fluoroscopy (FLURO) certification is strictly required (temporary FLURO is acceptable).
• Trauma Level: Level 3

• License: An active California state license is required.

• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
