- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 5 patients per shift. The provider will be expected to cover both clinic and call responsibilities during these stints, with clinic and on-call coverage from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and night call from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am the following day. Weekend coverage will involve 24-hour call. Providers may not be in clinic all five days during the listed dates, though this is a possibility, with coverage periods including April 30 8:30 am to May 5 8:30 am (a May 1 start is also acceptable) and June 1 8:30 am to June 8 8:30 am, with additional dates to be offered. Providers will see complex spine cases, with no airway certifications required. Required qualifications include FLURO certification (temporary FLURO accepted), an active CA license and DEA, and Board Certification or true Board Eligibility within 3-5 years of residency, with a preference for Board Certified. All specialties require two years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty, gaps greater than three months must be explained, and current case logs must be included for surgical specialties.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage an average of 5 patients per shift
* Cover both clinic and on-call responsibilities during weekday stints (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) and night call (5:00 pm to 8:30 am the following day)
* Provide 24-hour call coverage on weekends
* Care for complex spine cases
* Ensure high-quality documentation and patient care
Qualifications
* Active California medical license and DEA
* Board-Certified or truly Board-Eligible within 3-5 years of residency (preference for Board-Certified)
* At least two years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
* Gaps in clinical practice greater than three months must be explained
* Current case logs must be provided for surgical specialties
Working Hours
* Night call: 5:00 pm to 8:30 am the following day
* Weekend coverage: 24-hour call
* Coverage periods include April 30 8:30 am – May 5 8:30 am (May 1 start acceptable) and June 1 8:30 am – June 8 8:30 am, with additional dates to be offered
