Schedule:
- Feb 21(7am)-26(7am)
- 24 hour beeper call
- Number of patients per day: 6 consults
- Average surgeries per day: 1
- Number of beds: 317
- EMR: Cerner
- Patient Demographics: 100% Trauma, 100% adult
- Other: Level I Trauma
Practice Setting:
- Hospital
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be BC or BE in Neurosurgery
- License Required: active AZ License required, will look at IMLC
- DEA: Yes, registered in AZ
- CSR: No
- Certifications Required: BLS
Minimum Experience Required:
- Credentialing Timeframe: 3 days
- On average, we have been performing one surgery per day. There are approximately 5-8 consults to round on daily. Expect 4-6 hours per day.
