Exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon with neuroendovascular expertise to join a rapidly expanding neurosciences program in Saginaw, Michigan. Practice within a high-volume Level II Trauma Center featuring a dedicated Neurotrauma ICU, robust stroke program, and advanced neuroimaging capabilities. Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary team including neurosurgeons, neurologists, neuroradiologists, and rehabilitation specialists in a physician-led, innovation-driven environment focused on comprehensive cerebrovascular and spine care. 🏥✨
Job Responsibilities
• Provide neuroendovascular interventions (preferred expertise in stroke and cerebrovascular procedures)
• Deliver inpatient, outpatient, and emergency neurosurgical care
• Interpret advanced neuroimaging including MRI, CT, angiography
• Participate in trauma and stroke call coverage
• Collaborate with stroke, neurocritical care, and rehabilitation teams
• Contribute to education, mentorship, and program development initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Neurological Surgery
• Fellowship training or significant experience in Neuroendovascular Surgery highly preferred
• Active Michigan medical license or in process
• Active DEA and CSR/CDS prior to start
• Recent NPDB report (within 30–60 days)

Call rotation required, including trauma and stroke coverage
