Job Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical consultations and follow-ups
• Interpret advanced imaging including MRI, CT, and angiography
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, and trauma teams
• Participate in trauma call rotation including weekends
• Mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
• Deliver patient-centered, high-quality surgical care
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Neurosurgery
• Active Michigan medical license or in process
• Demonstrated expertise in cranial and spine surgery
• Active DEA and CSR/CDS prior to start
• Recent NPDB report (within 30–60 days)
Working Hours
Call rotation required, including trauma and weekend coverage
