- Dates: May 17-25, June 1-8, Jul 3-10, Aug 17-24, Sept 21-28, Oct 26-Nov 2, Nov 9-16, Dec 21-28, Dec 28-Jan 4, potential for more dates to be offered
- Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
- Trauma level 3
- Patient Volume: average 5 per shift
- Support Staff: 1 APP, MAs
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: CA license, CA DEA, BC/BE, Fluro required
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
