Job Responsibilities
- Provide neurosurgical care with an emphasis on complex spine cases.
- Participate in clinic consultations and surgical procedures.
- Manage night on-call responsibilities and weekend call coverage.

Qualifications
- Active California License and DEA.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years post-residency.
- Fluro certification required (temporary Fluro accepted).
- Involvement in 100 relevant cases in the past 24 months.

Working Hours
- Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night call: 5:00 PM – 8:30 AM
- Weekend: 24-hour call shifts

Skills
- Proficiency in general neurosurgery, spinal surgery with and without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar).
- Ability to manage trauma cases.
- Familiarity with placement of ICP monitors and application of external traction.
- Tumor handling and VP shunt placement preferred.
