- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Clinic with call
- 24hr pager call w 30m response
- 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Outpatient Clinic-8 hours
- Night Call
- 24 hour call with a 30 minute response. there will be some rounding in inpatients.
- Case mix- Bread-and-butter neurosurgery + trauma
- Schedule Preference: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (flexible)
- Will consider providers with 1 week of availability
- NPs onsite from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Collaborative environment with trauma, critical care, and hospitalist teams
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license, BC, DEA, ACLS, BLS, min 1 year of experience
- EMR: Epic
