StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a respected, hospital-based network in Harlingen, Texas to recruit a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon for a high-demand, employed opportunity. This role offers strong specialty support, advanced neurosurgical resources, and the ability to make an immediate impact in a growing South Texas community.

- Employed, full-time position with competitive compensation and production incentives
- Paid call: $2,800 per day (in addition to base compensation)

- Clinic located in a professional building adjacent to the hospital
- Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B) non-cap exempt candidates
Practice Highlights /Qualifications
- Join a well-supported neuroscience team including 2 endovascular neurologists, 2 neurohospitalists, outpatient neurology, and physiatry support
- Practice at a facility with a DNV Comprehensive Stroke Center and state-of-the-art 14-bed Neuro ICU
- OR support includes Certified First Assists and block time availability
- Schedule includes ~2 clinic days/week (15–20 patients/day) with surgery days as needed
- Call schedule: ~10 paid primary call days/month plus ~10 backup call days (backup rarely called in)
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
