Position Overview
A full-time opportunity is available for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join an established Neurosciences Clinic at a 420-bed regional referral hospital and Level II trauma center. This role offers a balanced mix of cranial and spine cases with shared call and strong multidisciplinary support.
Key Responsibilities

Perform a full scope of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures

Provide trauma and emergency neurosurgical coverage

Participate in a 1:3 shared call rotation

Collaborate with neurologists, neuroendovascular specialists, and neurohospitalists

Manage inpatient consults and follow patients through postoperative care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary conferences

Required Qualifications

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurosurgery

Eligible for or able to obtain an Alabama medical license
