• Mid-levels in Practice: Neurosurgery APPs
• Required Procedures: Spinal & Cranial

Requirements:
• Active MI License (IMLC acceptable if clean record)
• BC
• ACLS
• Fellowship w/ at least 2-3 yrs of experience
• Clean background w/ no actions (minimum malpractice is OK)
• MUST perform both spinal & cranial
