• Locum neurosurgery coverage required for hospital-based practice
• 24-hour call coverage with rounding and admissions
• Coverage needed from January through August 2026
• Provider must be comfortable with high-acuity emergent cases
• 24-hour call coverage with rounding and admissions

Job Responsibilities
• Perform emergent cranial and spinal surgeries
• Daily inpatient rounding and admissions
• Manage emergency consults and surgical cases
• Collaborate with APPs and surgical teams
Qualifications
• Completed Neurosurgery Fellowship with 2–3+ years experience – REQUIRED
• Must perform both cranial and spinal procedures – REQUIRED
• Active Michigan license or IMLC (clean background only) – REQUIRED
• ACLS certification – REQUIRED
• Clean background (minor malpractice acceptable) – REQUIRED
Working Hours
• Approximately 14 days per month
• Open blocks:
• Jan 26 – Feb 2, 2026 (8a–8a)
• Feb 26 – Mar 2, 2026 (8a–8a)
• Apr 17 – Apr 27, 2026 (8a–8a)
