Full-Time Neurosurgeon – Sign-On & Retention Bonuses Offered

A leading healthcare organization in Saginaw, MI is seeking a full-time Neurosurgeon to join a high-performing surgical team at a 650-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures

• Collaborate with neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care

• Interpret advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, angiograms) to guide clinical decisions

• Provide consultations, assessments, and follow-up care in inpatient and outpatient settings

• Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows

• Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism, empathy, and high surgical standards

• Practice at a Level II Trauma Center with access to advanced facilities and support services

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school

• Board-certified or board-eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Neurosurgery

• Active MI license (or in process of obtaining)

• Proven expertise in neurosurgical procedures with excellent surgical skills

• DEA (must be obtained prior to start)

• CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
