Job Responsibilities - Provide call coverage for the facility - Handle admissions, approximately 1 per day - Care for ICU patients, approximately 1 per day - Document care using Epic EMR - Collaborate with RN support staff to deliver quality patient care

Qualifications - Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years of residency in Neurological Surgery - State License (IMLC accepted with LOQ in hand) - BLS and DEA required - Preferred: Clean malpractice history

Working Hours - 24-hour call shifts, including some holiday shifts

Skills - Strong ability to work in a fast-paced trauma setting - Expertise in managing a varied caseload including ICU admissions - Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Epic - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clinical staff
