Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Neurosurgeon to work locum shifts in North Carolina Burlington (NC). Start date February 2026, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Neurosurgery role:
- All call is 7 am to 7 am.
- Up to 1 weekend per month
- Critical Dates: March 27-April 5
- Support staff: 5 Neurosurgeons on staff
- Department Description: Specialize in general neurosurgery, spine surgery and peripheral neve and brachial plexus surgery
- Patient Volume: call coverage- patients per day will vary
- EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
Requirements of the Neurosurgery role:
- NC state license; active, unrestricted
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- NC State DEA or transferable DEA
