Coverage Details

Call coverage required one weekend per month

Additional coverage for select holidays (Spring Break: March 27–April 5, Christmas, etc.)

Frequency: 1 weekend per month + 2 weeks annually for holiday coverage
Schedule

Call shifts run 7:00 am to 7:00 am

Typical weekend coverage: Friday 7:00 am – Monday 7:00 am

Holiday coverage: March 27 – April 5
Work Environment

Support staff: 5 Neurosurgeons on staff

Department focus: General neurosurgery, spine surgery, peripheral nerve, and brachial plexus surgery

Patient volume: Varies based on call coverage

Requirements

Board Certification: Required (BC)
