Position: Locum Neuroendovascular Surgeon
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Setting: Acute Care / Inpatients / Interventional Neurology Lab / OR
Schedule & Availability

Ongoing locum coverage
-
Days per month: TBD (flexible)

Call back coverage as needed
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform endovascular neuro procedures including thrombectomies and aneurysm repairs
-
Document procedure notes, operative notes, and post-op follow-up notes in Epic EMR
-
Collaborate with APPs, RN/RT support in Interventional Lab, and standard OR staff
Job Responsibilities
Endovascular neuro procedures

Dealbreaker: Must be a neurosurgeon with an endovascular fellowship capable of performing surgeries
Support Staff
Inpatient hospital: APP coverage 24/7
Interventional Neuro Lab: RN & RT trained in endovascular neuro cases
OR: Standard RN, Surgical Tech, and ancillary OR support
Requirements
Board Certified Neurosurgeon – Required
Endovascular Fellowship – Required
State License – TN license or IMLC – Required
DEA & BLS – Required
Clean Malpractice – Required
Qualifications
Hourly Rate: $430/hr
24-Hour Coverage Rate: $4,000 (includes 4 hrs gratis)
Call Back Rate: $450/hr
