A leading regional medical center in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon for call-only locums coverage starting January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-established neuroscience program at a Level II Trauma Center serving as a referral hub for the region.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: January 1, 2026
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Call Only (TBD)
- Setting: Inpatient / Level II Trauma
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital Size: 396 beds
- Support Team: 1 MA and 1 APP
- Patient Volume: 20–25 per day (adult and pediatric)
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery
- Active Indiana medical license
- DEA and BLS required
- Minimum of 2 years post-training experience preferred
- Credentialing: 30–60 days
