Job Details:

• Practice Setting: Hospital

• Schedule: 8–12 hour shifts

• Average Surgical Cases per Day: 1–2 emergent

• Trauma Level: 1

• EMR: EPIC

• Patient Demographics: Adult & Geriatric (emergent cases through ED)

• Neurosurgeons in Practice: 1 employed, 1 non-employed

Procedures Required:

• Adult Neurosurgery Cases & Trauma

• Brain Bleed Stoppage

• Clot Removal

• Tumor Removal

• Trauma Repair

• Shunt Insertion/Revision

• Spine Surgery: Stabilization, Reconstruction, Vertebroplasty, Kyphoplasty, Spinal Fusion, Laminectomy, Diskectomy

• Neuro IR available in-house

Rates & Travel:

• On-call daily with callback

• Lodging reimbursement: ~$150/night (standard/economy; upgrades require approval)

Requirements:

• Board Certified Neurosurgery

• Ohio Medical License

• BLS & ACLS

• Active DEA

• Must list specific dates of availability at time of submission
