Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care in neurological surgery, focusing on trauma cases
- Manage and perform on-call duties, maintaining readiness for emergent cranial trauma
- Collaborate with Neurosurgery APPs and resident support to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Conduct spinal surgeries, both with and without instrumentation

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Active OH License or willingness to obtain
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Availability for specified coverage dates in December

Working Hours
- 24-hour call responsibility, with proactive involvement during morning rounds

Skills
- Expertise in spinal instrumentation and trauma surgical procedures
- Competency in emergent cranial interventions such as craniotomy/craniectomy
- Proficiency in ICP monitor placement and management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills within a multidisciplinary environment
