Job Responsibilities
• Manage adult & trauma neurosurgery cases (tumor removal, brain bleeds, trauma repair, shunts, spine stabilization, etc.)
• Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions for neurological emergencies
• Collaborate with a skilled neurosurgery team and medical staff
• Ensure top-tier patient outcomes in a fast-paced trauma setting
Qualifications
• Active CO Medical License (Required)
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS Certifications (Required)
• Fellowship preferred, but not mandatory
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Clean malpractice record highly preferred
Working Hours
• 1–2 long weekends per month
• Ongoing locum assignment after credentialing (90 days)
Skills
• Strong decision-making under pressure
• Trauma & critical care expertise
• Proficiency in Epic EMR
