Schedule & Details:
24-hour call: Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM (one weekend per month)
No clinic or elective cases
Must be available for craniotomies and spine surgeries
Support staff: potential APP support (not guaranteed)
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
BC/BE in Neurosurgery (BE accepted with fellowship completed within 5 years)
Active VA medical license and DEA (willing to license if needed)
BLS/ACLS required
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Clean background (dismissed cases acceptable)
Credentialing: ~60 days
