Job description
Position Highlights:

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in OR, 1 flexible day
-
Call: ~7 ER call days/month (mostly remote imaging review); 1 weekend/month

Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and clinic

Patient Volume: ~8–12 patients/day in clinic, plus additional volume from 3–4 experienced PAs
-
Trauma Level: Level III
-
Technology: Neuro-navigation tools available (e.g., Globus Robot, Stryker); EPIC EMR
-
Team: 1 Neurosurgeon + 4 Advanced Practice Providers
-
Co-located Services: Pain management and on-site X-ray
-
Focus: General Neurosurgery with opportunity to build an elective spine practice
Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward certification within 4 years)

Active Colorado license or willing to obtain

Clean malpractice history
-
Must live within 1 hour of the facility

Not open to visa sponsorships or 1099 arrangements

Not open to candidates with alternate shifts or long-distance commutes
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $800,000 – $877,000 annually
