• Required Procedures/Skills: Proficiency in general Neurosurgery, trauma & spine; primary call.
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic

- No support staff
- EMR Training:
- Module (learn lessons): Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend training.
- Virtual training: only able to attend if Modules are completed before training; Must be scheduled prior to the providers 1st day, to avoid the provider missing their 1st day.
- Must complete the EMR questionnaire.

Requirements:
• Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
• BC in Neurological Surgery
• ACLS, BLS
• DEA
• Clean record
• Must understand the EMR training requirement.
• Must be available for the dates required.
