- Number of admissions per day: 1
- Number of ICU patients per day: 1
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- ND License or IMLC ((LOQ in hand at submission) - REQUIRED
- BLS and DEA - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
