- 12/23am - 1/1am
- Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center
- FTE: 1.0
- Duties: Trauma Call, new consults and hospital rounds
- Average # ICU Patients/Day: 10
- Average # Admissions/Day: 7
- EMR: EPIC; CUMC uses Tiger Connect as the way to Communicate. It is required that all Providers have the app downloaded on their phone. This is how our Providers are made aware of consults etc
- The employed physicians are the back up surgeon on call most of the time. Occasionally, scheduling two locums and placing one of them on back up call
- Have APPs that assist in rounding. And generally, even if the employed surgeons are not on call they are still willing to take a call and answer questions, etc
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgery - Required
- Full NE License - Highly Preferred
- Clean background/malpractice - Highly Preferred
