1.5 Hours Northwest of Lubbock TX
• General Surgery locums coverage needed March ongoing
• 2 weeks per month up to full-time coverage
• Clinic and Call
• Clinic Hours M-F, 8a-5p
• Call: 10 Days a month
• Caseload: Adult-95%, Pediatric-5%, Trauma-3%
• Office/Clinic-50%, Hospital-50%
• Average number clinic patients per day: 15-20
• Average number of Hospital patients per day: 1-4
• Physicians in practice: 1.7 FTE and a PRN, no mid-levels
• Lab and x-ray onsite
• 3 exam rooms, 1 RN
• Higher level of care patients transferred
• EMR: Epic
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS/APLS required
• BE/BC General Surgeon
• Time needed to obtain privileges: 60 Days
