- Start Date: October 4, 2021
- LOA: 6 months
- Schedule: Office 2 days a week, OR 2 days a week, 1 admin day (32 bookable hours)
- Call Requirement: up to one-half (1/2) of call duty Monday through Thursday (some weeks just one day, other weeks two days) and one fourth (1/4) of weekends (Friday AM – Monday AM)
- Experience: Strong new grad but some experience preferred
- Requirements: BC or BE, DEA required
- Procedures: Must be able to perform colos, upper, and lower endoscopies
- Practice Details: 1 Full time provider / 1 Part time provider / 2 Medical Assistants, 1 PSC (receptionist). Usual number of Office Patients for ~100/m.....Usual number of cases ~40/m
