General Surgery Locum Tenens Needed in Southeastern New Mexico
• Coverage Needed for 8-10 Shifts per Month Ongoing
• Must be Board Certified with Active NM License & DEA
• ED Consults, Emergency Surgeries, Cover Inpatient Surgical Patients
• Average 24Hr Shift: 3-6 Phone Consults & 6-10 Patients Seen
• Hospitalist Program Does All Admissions
• Call Response Time Must be Within 30 Minutes
• Procedures Required: Hernia Repair, Pancreatic Surgery, Tracheotomy, Liver Surgery, Appendectomy, Chest Tube Insertion, Biliary Surgery, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy, Burn Care, Bowel Surgery, Exploratory Laparotomy, IV Catheter Placement, Adenoidectomy, Vena Cava Ligation, Tonsillectomy, Wedge Resection Ear, Laparoscopic Bowel Resection, Diagnostic Laparoscopy
