Practice

• General bread and butter surgery – Need someone to start between January-March 2021.
• Take over retiring physicians’ practice – planning to start retirement in October. He’s been in the community well over 30 years and is well known in the community. He plans to stay on for a couple months to help incoming physician ramp up, mentor/proctor and brush up any skills, and introduce to some patients that they will be taking over, -etc
• Need is massive in the community – be as busy as you want to be. There is a primary care clinic with 30-45 minutes to do outreach and ramp up referrals if needed.
• There is no GI in the community so doing your own scopes is required and equates to roughly 25% of your practice
• 2 Other GS on staff – both making over $600,000
  • 2 Year Base Salary Guarantee + wRVU production tiered model 1-6. Current provider leaving is at a tier 6.
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus through PNPC but minimum $20,000 if that’s not obtainable
• Dr. Adrian is another provider there – her husband is a youth minister and they have adopted 4 children and have 1 of their own. They are advocates of the community and home life is important to her. She’s also a tier level 6.
• 3 Endoscopy suites
• 8 ORs
• FTE Oncologist on staff – can provide some opportunity for collaborating for breast/thyroid
• Typical 4.5-day work week schedule (but you have the autonomy to arrange how you like)
  • 1 endoscopy day
  • 1.5 surgery day
  • 1.5 clinic days
  • .5 day off
• Call is split equally at 1:3
