General Surgery Opportunity - Near Indianapolis & Ft. Wayne, Indiana!!
Hospital is recruiting for a BC/BE General Surgeon to join an existing practice. Enjoy the security of hospital employment with excellent benefits in an established General Surgery practice located in a physician-friendly State. This position will support a primary care referral base of 37 employed primary care physicians/advanced practitioners.
Employment contract is a three or five-year agreement with base salary and work RVUs, incentive paid quarterly. 1:5 call. No daVinci. Visa support for H1b.
* Initial Signing bonus of $80,000. $20,000 each consecutive contract year beginning with year two.
* Flexible paid vacation
* Moving Allowance $10,000.
* CME stipend of $3,000 plus 5 paid days
