  • Coverage Needed:
    • Beginning April 01, 2020
    • 6 month assignment
    • Weekdays
      • Monday - Friday
      • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm in office
      • 10 weekdays of call per month
    • Weekends
      • Sat @ 8:00 am - Mon @ 8:00 am
      • 1-2 weekends per month
    • 1-2 weekends per month on call
  • Clinical Information:
    • Support staff: LPN
    • Office located across the street from the hospital
    • Beds: 130
    • EMR: EPIC
  • Required:
    • Must be board certified
    • Must have active PA license
    • Must have in state DEA for privileges, and willing to transfer DEA for assignment, or willing to obtain a new one
