Cross Country Locums is seeking a General Surgeon Physician for one of our government clients in Apache County, Arizona. This is a Government Bid - all paperwork must be submitted by 10/31/19 at 3:00 pm. Any active, unrestricted, medical license will qualify.
Coverage Dates: 1/1/2020 through 12/31/2020
Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break, Monday through Friday. Call Back hours and Overtime Hours after 3:30pm. Weeknight On Call 3:30pm to 7am, Monday through Friday.
Weekend On Call - 24 hours per day.
Compensation: $150-$155 an hour, plus travel and lodging. Weeknight call will be paid at $12 an hour. Weekend call will be paid at $27 an hour. Call back will be paid at the regular hourly rate.
Cross Country Locums will provide and arrange all of your travel arrangements, assist you with your credentialing and provide you with A ++ Professional Malpractice Insurance.
