An Iowa-based medical facility needs locum tenens general surgery coverage. The provider will work full-time from 8:30 am - 5 pm. The locum tenens physician will see approximately 10 - 15 patients per day doing bread and butter general surgery with optional scopes. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible. ACLS and ATLS certifications are needed as part of this assignment. We will provide assistance with all hospital privileging paperwork. This facility is willing to license a well-qualified candidate.
