A major health system in Ada, Oklahoma is looking for a locum General Surgeon for opportunities starting December 2019.

A major health system in Ada, Oklahoma is looking for a locum General Surgeon for opportunities starting December 2019.
This opportunity offers:
- Coverage Dates:
- 12/23-12/29, call coverage.
- 1/1/2020 lasting for 12 weeks.
- Sept/Oct 2019 1 week per month of call coverage.
- Shift Schedule: 24 hour call 7am-7am
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: ER Call and Inpatient Rounding
- Procedures: bread and butter general surgery
- Type of Patients/Cases: TBD
- Patients per day/Volume: TBD
- Certifications/Qualifications Required (to include specific board): General Surgery
- Board Eligible or Board Certified: BC/BE accepted
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: TBD
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
- Must have active Oklahoma license
- Trauma level: 3
