Do you know of a General Surgeon interested in providing services to the V.A. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for 6-12 months?
We are not accepting Visa candidates - reference: JTVASD
We are seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon that would be interested in providing services to the Department Of Veteran affairs in Sioux Falls, SD for 6-12 months beginning Sept 2017.

We require a clean background as you will have to clear VETPRO, but we can accept any state license.  We cannot sponsor visa candidates for this opportunity.

This opportunity is pending our submission and subsequent award of the contract, but requires provider information and CV for submission as key personnel.

The Contractor is to provide General Surgeon Physician Services, 80 hours every two-weeks, (including additional On Call Coverage).
1. Clinic. Approximately 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AMto 4:00 PM
2. Surgery. Approximately 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AMto 3:00 PM
3. On-call requirement:
Weeknights. Seven (7) to eight (8) weeknights per month, from 4PM to 7AM.
Weekends. Every third weekend per rotation, 24 hours per day, Friday 4:00PM ending Monday 7:00AM
