A hospital in Arizona is in need of an orthopedic surgeon who can provide locum tenens coverage for twelve days. On the job, the locum can expect to see between four and eight patients per day of all ages for a variety of cases: Level 4 trauma center, working on level 3, acute injuries & fractures (leg injuries, fixation of hip fractures, dislocations, etc.) Provider is not expected to handle complex cases (no complex pelvic fractures, no total knee/hip/joint replacements, etc.) The locum will work four hours shift and will provide 24-hour call coverage. This facility uses McKesson and T-System EMR. Client will provide training.
