-Location: 1 hours from Oklahoma City, OK

-Duration: April 2019 – on-going

-Reason for recruitment: Provider in group no longer taking call

-Dates: Future dates to be released, 8-10 shifts per month

> 4/25/19 at 7a – 4/30/19 at 7a

> 5/2/19 at 7a – 5/7/19 at 7a

-Scope: ER call (no trauma) and inpatient rounding

-Support: OR crew (2 scrub techs, circulators and anesthesia)

-EPIC EMR

-Hospital: Level III trauma, 157 bed, 35K annual volume

-Required: Board certified or board eligible with Oklahoma license, OBNDD, ACLS/BLS

*Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities*

*Assistance with credentialing provided – Option for Emergency Temporary Privileges (approximately 6 weeks)*
